很漂亮的的房間和很棒的服務，可以在房間看日出，飯店有附設SPA中心很方便，可以直接來到飯店再租車，我們自己在外面租車有點麻煩

Super zufrieden in allem. Tolles Frühstück und sehr schöne große Zimmer, die super sauber sind. Personal auch wie man es dich vorstellt. Definitiv empfehlenswert. Einen Roller sollte man aber besser haben um von dort die Gegend schnell zu erkunden z.B. morgens vor allen anderen die Reisterrassen.

Location is quite in the interiors but property is nice with a good view. Staff is not accommodating at all. We booked our snorkelling tour through them and we had to checkout the same day. still they won’t accommodate for 1 hr extended checkout so we could freshen up once we are back from snorkelling 訂房網站. (There are no bathing rooms in the common area/swimming pool area). This is unlike what we experienced in Bali in three other properties. Aircon in our room was not working… the whole night. My breakfast had stale and smelling tomatoes. No apologies or compensation. Overall extremely bad experience for us.

不要住！不要住！不要住！這邊衞生很差！服務也不好！床上還有三衹蜘蛛在跑！太恐怖太嚇人了！不小心打碎了刷牙的玻璃杯罰了100000印尼盾，摺合人民幣50元。然後我們約了去碼頭的車子説好三個人價格是150 000印尼盾但是第二天的那個前台女的騙人想坑我們説需要200 000印尼盾 想要多收50 000。真是太***了！！而且酒店沒有電梯全是樓梯非常不方便！早餐也不好吃！

It's a very nice place with a beautiful view. The restaurant serves very good food at a fair price. The staff is very friendly and supportive, especially Riky at the reception.

Very nice hotel. Amazing view from the pool and the room. The roads are not good around the whole island but the hotel can provide the scooter. The breakfast is okay. The room is big and nice.

Excellent property and great staff. Only challenge being that the property is infested with millipede, termites and quite a few other bugs.

AWFUL place, dishonest people. I got injured on my bike ride up to their place - they failed to mention how bad and broken the roads were and totally unfit for motorbike riding. Then with my foot injury they offered me a room down 150+ steps and the entire grounds smell like PETROL - gave me a headache and made me nauseous. They said they add petrol all over the place to remove the moss, but it's highly toxic and unpleasant. In the end I couldn't stay because of my foot injury and all the steps + the unbearable amount of bensin odor that fills the entire grounds, but they refused to refund and kept my money with very ugly manners. Meanwhile my entire holiday was ruined as I had to stay off my foot, out of the water, and prevent an infection on a remote island. These people do not care about the guests - they are really not nice or competent. I don't recommend you give them any business or trust them with your stay.
